spring 2025 updates. Youtube Channel. 50%off Sale
Welp, after almost a year of forced time off (looking at you long C*v*d!) I’m pretty close to “officially” launching my Tanya Kucey Art YouTube channel! Or should I say, my existing channel is about to get a bunch of new uploads.
I created the channel a couple of years ago but wasn’t able to focus on creating a space I was happy with. But now that’s happened and the countdown to launch is on. (Metaphorically of course, because real countdowns give me a level of anxiety that require me to eat even more chocolate than I already do – haha! )

I’m in the middle of currently editing my intro video. Talk about a challenge! Not the editing so much, but being in front of a camera when you’re not 100%.
Yet after years of avoidance, I realized people are more interested in who you really are as opposed to the perfectionist that you think you should be.
That’s where the enjoyment of videos are. At least for me.
I would rather see somebody au natural in their studio in their jam jams, working on their stuff, talking about it and loving the heck out of it! As opposed to being all coiffed up but obviously uncomfortable and pretending they’re actually painting (#petpeeve).
Life isn’t perfect, and I’m sure the heck not. So in addition to sharing my art and process, that’s part of what the videos might be about: letting go of perfection and just enjoying the process.
You’ll also get to see behind the scenes as I am working on paintings. I might even share a bit about some of my physical and mental challenges in doing the work. Perhaps also some videos of me out and about. So basically me walking in the forest and getting inspired by all the things…
On to the second thing – I’m having a 50% off SALE !
It‘s time for my collections from last year to be archived. My style and focus has shifted and I need to make room for my new work – both mentally and physically.
